Prior to this, Russell Thomas worked as a Recruiting Consultant at NewDay Financial, where Russell Thomas served as the Director of Organizational Development and Recruiting. Russell Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, Public Relations from the University of Utah.
