Amy Patton, CPCU, AIC, AINS, currently serves as Regulatory Compliance & Quality Manager at Crawford & Company since July 2019 and also holds the position of Managing Chapter Governor for the CPCU Society in the West and International regions since January 2020. Prior to this, Amy was a Senior Property Claims Representative at MetLife from February 2014 to July 2019 and held leadership roles within the Oregon Chapter of the CPCU Society, including President and Past President from January 2017 to January 2019. With extensive experience in claims and regulatory compliance, Amy has also worked at COUNTRY Financial® and Farmers Insurance in various roles. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, and participation in leadership programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management and The Institutes.
