Andiara Fleischer

Andiara Fleischer is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in insurance claims. They began their career as a Claims Handler at Norwegian Claims Link AS before advancing to an Associate Attorney and later serving as a Country Manager. After leading a specialized claims handling team at Crawford & Company (Norway) AS, Andiara is currently the Nordic Regional Director at Crawford & Company since 2022. They hold a Master's degree in International, Commercial, and European Law from The University of Sheffield and a Cand. jur in Law from the University of Oslo.
