Daniela Celis

Daniela Celis has a comprehensive background in human resources and training, with experience in various roles at Banco Bci from August 2018 to March 2019, including Ejecutivo de Capacitación, Ejecutivo atracción del Talento, and Psicóloga en Práctica Subgerencia Reclutamiento y Selección. Daniela also served as Asesor de Formación y Aprendizaje, providing guidance to retail clients. Following this, extensive experience was gained at MetLife Chile from January 2020 to December 2022 as Learning Partner/Jefa de Formación y Aprendizaje, overseeing training processes for the sales force. Currently, Daniela is an HR Business Partner at Crawford & Company, focusing on cultural transformation within the organization. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello.
