Adjuster

Gary Black is an experienced claims adjuster with a career spanning over two decades, primarily with Pilot Catastrophe Service since August 2004. Currently serving as an Outside Field Manager, Gary supports outside adjusters and acts as a technical advisor while fostering the development of team members. Earlier roles included overseeing a team of over 20 adjusters during major disasters, such as Hurricane Ike in 2008 and Hurricane Irene in 2011. Additionally, Gary has worked as an Outside Adjuster for Crawford & Company, handling various claims including those related to hurricanes and theft across Canada and Michigan. Since August 2004, Gary has also operated as an independent claims adjuster while holding a Florida Citizens certification obtained in 2015.
