Gordon Loo

Gordon Loo, MBA, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, FLMI, has extensive experience in claims adjustment, academia, tax preparation, and real estate development. Currently serving as a Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company since March 2018, Gordon manages complex litigation for notable corporations such as Airbnb, Inc. and Bird Rides, Inc. Additionally, since September 2013, Gordon has imparted knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University, focusing on Finance and Strategic Planning. As the owner of Agape Tax Preparation and Planning since January 1998, Gordon prepares personal income tax returns and offers tax planning advice. Previously, an Arbitration Specialist at State Farm for nearly 38 years, Gordon researched legal issues and trained claim representatives. Between 2002 and 2009, Gordon co-founded Shaver Lake Woods Development, Inc., where strategic planning and financing management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a BA in Economics from Whitman College.
