Greg Smith

Greg Smith has been with Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. for over 20 years, starting in 1998 as the Assistant Vice President/Director/Manager of Marketing. In 2006, they were promoted to Vice President of Project Management and then to Senior Vice President of Key Account Management in 2011. In 2016, they were promoted again to Senior Vice President of Administration and then to Chief Client Officer in 2019. Their most recent promotion was to Chief Operating Officer in 2021.

Greg Smith obtained their MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Greg also holds a FCIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

They are on a team with Tami Stevenson - General Counsel, Pat Van Bakel - President, Loss Adjusting, North America, and Larry Thomas - Global President, Platform Solutions. Their manager is Rohit Verma, Chief Executive Officer.
