Sam Wright

Sam Wright is an experienced building surveyor with a comprehensive background in the construction and restoration industries. Currently serving as a Building Surveyor at Crawford & Company since December 2023, Sam previously held similar roles at Stowe Building Services Limited and Trace and Access UK, the latter of which involved providing trace and access, drying, and surveying services across the UK while working with both high net worth individuals and various businesses. Prior experience includes a position as Surveyor and Head of Operations at Rainbow Restoration UK, where management of around 700 insurance claims annually was typical, and a tenure as Managing Director at The Fire and Flood Company. Sam also served as Director at Trace and Access and holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton.
