Simon Earnshaw

Simon Earnshaw is a Divisional Director at Sedgwick, where they specialize in construction and engineering claims. With over 30 years of adjusting experience, including 20 years focused on construction-specific claims, Simon has developed a strong reputation in dealing with various CAR and construction liability claims throughout the UK. They graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from Kingston University, building a solid foundation for their career in Loss Adjusting, which began after completing an HND and OND in Engineering Technology. Prior to joining Sedgwick in 2018, Simon held key roles at Cunningham Lindsey International and Crawford & Company.
