William Sheets

William Sheets, SCLA, is an accomplished insurance claims executive with over twenty years of experience in both catastrophe and daily claims. Currently, they serve as Vice President of GTS Operations at Crawford & Company, after holding roles such as AVP Claims Operations at Davies North America and Director of CAT Operations at Crawford & Company. Previously, they excelled as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Allstate and Client Manager at WORLEY. William’s passion for building teams and ensuring individual success has been a cornerstone of their leadership throughout their career. They are currently pursuing their education at the University of Mississippi.
