Damion Deringer has held various roles in the construction and engineering industry since 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Service Manager at Ferrellgas, where they supervised seven service technicians and implemented new procedures for handling propane tank sets. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Project Engineer at Lindy Paving, where they worked with PennDOT, FAA, and PA Turnpike on state and federally funded projects. From 2013 to present, they have held two roles at Crawford Consulting Services. As Senior Project Manager, they have managed cost estimating efforts on projects from private to federal from $100k to $300 Million. As Training and Development Coordinator, they have identified department-wide developmental needs and addressed them by arranging suitable training initiatives. Damion has also held a Temporary Tower Structural Analyst role at Crown Castle from 2013 to present.
Damion Deringer completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Robert Morris University between 2000 and 2005. Damion then attended the Community College of Allegheny County from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Finally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology at Point Park University between 2010 and 2012.
