Ben Wooten

Ben Wooten has seven years of professional experience, beginning with their role as a Wedding Photographer at Emotive Photo in 2015. Ben then worked as a Self Employed Photographer from 2016 to 2018, during which time they also worked as a Photographer Assistant at Pirrello Digital Imaging. In 2018, they began working as a Photographer at Snap36. In 2020, they took on the role of Lead UX/UI Designer at CRAWLR and then transitioned to Senior Product Designer at Greenlight Financial Technology in 2021. During their time at Springboard Career Track in 2020, they completed 700+ hours of hands-on course material with 1:1 industry expert mentor oversight, and four in-depth portfolio projects, mastering skills in information architecture, sketching and wireframing, prototyping and testing, eCommerce and browsing, persuasive and anticipatory design, gamification and behavior change, dashboards and data design, social media and messaging, and product lifecycle.

Ben Wooten obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photography from the University of Central Florida in 2017, after attending Daytona State College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Associate's degree in Photography. In 2020, they obtained an Adobe XD Essential Training: Design certification from LinkedIn and completed the Springboard UI/UX Design Career Track, earning a UX/UI Design certification.
