Manish Sardana

Manish Sardana has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manish is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Craydel, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at WPP-Scangroup where they held various roles including Founder of Optimus Marketing Automation and Goby app, as well as Managing Director and General Manager of Squad Africa and Squad Digital respectively. During their time at WPP-Scangroup, they were successful in driving innovation, technology-driven marketing products, and winning multiple creative and social media awards.

Before joining WPP-Scangroup, Manish worked at GroupM as the Head of Digital Media for Sub-Saharan Africa from January 2018 to May 2021. Manish also has experience as the Founder and CEO of Connectindia, where they achieved significant revenue growth and developed strategic client relationships with key companies in India. Additionally, Manish co-founded Vriti and held the role of Business Head.

Earlier in their career, Manish worked as a Strategy Planning Manager at PUBLICIS ADVERTISING PVT.LTD,INDIA and as a Senior Account Executive at FCB Ulka.

Manish Sardana completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1997, they attended Delhi University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Economics. Manish completed this program in the year 2000. Continuing their academic journey, Manish then joined the FORE School of Management in New Delhi from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
