Jane Ru

Jane Ru has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. Jane started their career in 2001 as Deputy Director of the Export Centre at CHINA INTERNATIONAL BOOK TRADING COOPERATION, where they gained expertise in international trade, marketing, sales, and key account management. Jane also built and maintained strong relationships with overseas customers and domestic suppliers, and organized marketing campaigns and exhibitions. In 2008, they joined Cypress Book (UK) Company as the Country Managing Director, where they continued to excel in leadership and management roles until 2018. Following their time at Cypress Book, Jane worked as a Senior Consultant at Foremost 4 Media, an intercultural communication and media company. Since 2019, they have been with Crayfish.io, initially serving as Head of Product and Business Development, responsible for helping fast-growing businesses succeed in China. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Growth & Operations at Crayfish.io, where they oversee the company's growth strategy and operational processes.

Jane Ru obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Jane then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of International Business and Economics from 2004 to 2006.
