Michael Masamong is a Business Intelligence Analyst at rhipe, where responsibilities include data mining, generation, analysis, and reporting since October 2017. In addition to this role, Michael serves as an Office 365 Support Ambassador, providing support for various Office applications, Exchange Server, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power BI, Skype for Business, and Yammer. Prior to rhipe, Michael worked as a Technical Leader at Convergys from June 2013 to August 2017, focusing on providing high-level real-time support to Microsoft Office ambassadors for North America. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 2013.
