Colin Shea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Colin began their career at the Summer Shack Restaurant in 2011, where they worked in customer service for a few months.

In 2011, they also worked as an office assistant at Cullen Murphy & Co, gaining experience in office administration.

In 2014, Colin took on the role of camp counselor at South Shore Stars, where they cared for and organized activities for a group of children.

During the same year, they also worked as a food service worker at 88Wharf, gaining experience in the hospitality industry.

In 2014, Colin joined Sugarsnap as a catering assistant, responsible for managing operations, inventory, and customer service at a retail cafe.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a seasonal employee at the University of Vermont, managing book orders and providing customer service to students and faculty.

In 2015, they joined Trillium Brewing Company as a taproom associate, playing a pivotal role in the opening and management of a high-volume taproom.

Colin attended General Assembly from 2017 to 2019, participating in the Web Development Immersive Program.

Since 2018, they have been employed at Crayon, starting as a market intelligence analyst and progressing to the roles of senior analyst, team lead, and currently, customer operations manager for the analyst team.

Colin Shea's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Boston College High School, where they completed their high school education. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History at the University of Vermont. In 2017, they attended General Assembly for a Web Development Immersive program.

Additionally, Colin Shea obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification in December 2022 from SuccessHACKER.
