Kjell Noralf Langeland

Kjell Noralf Langeland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kjell Noralf started their career as a Telemarketer at Ipsos in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked part-time as a Bartender and Barista at Select Service Partner Limited. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at DNB before becoming a Student Representative at City, University of London, where they represented student interests and provided feedback on the Business Economics program.

In 2012, Langeland joined Software Innovation – Part of Tieto Group as a Trainee, gaining exposure to various departments and learning about the software development life cycle. Kjell Noralf then became a Sales Representative, selling a document control application tailored for the Oil & Gas industry.

In 2015, Langeland joined IBM as a Portfolio Sales Hybrid Cloud, driving sales of Middleware to customers across different segments. Kjell Noralf later became part of the IBM Champions for Growth (C4G) team, focusing on selling IBM Software and IBM Cloud through business partners.

In 2017, Langeland worked as an IBM Sales Manager at Pedab Norge, responsible for driving sales of IBM Software through partners. Kjell Noralf then returned to Crayon in the same year, assuming the role of Global Sales Manager IBM/Red Hat, covering multiple countries and leading a team of experts.

Langeland continued their tenure at Crayon, serving as the Global Sales Director for IBM/Red Hat/Oracle from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they helped customers understand the benefits of technology and optimized the commercial structure with vendors.

In 2022, Langeland joined Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as the Vice President Partners, Emerging Partners, owning the relationship and Go-to-Market strategy for technology providers in the Kubernetes and DevSecOps space.

Currently, in 2023, Langeland holds the position of Global AWS Business Owner Director at Crayon, leading and owning the Go-to-Market strategy for Crayon's AWS offerings on a global scale. Kjell Noralf collaborates with customers to optimize their service and billing experience.

Throughout their career, Langeland has gained expertise in areas such as cloud computing, sales management, partner relationship management, and market strategy.

Kjell Noralf Langeland completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at City, University of London from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Economics from the University of Bergen (UiB) between 2007 and 2010. Kjell Noralf'ssecondary education was completed at Nordstrand Upper Secondary High School from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kjell Noralf Langeland has also obtained certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022 and the Migration Ambassador Foundations (Business) certification in 2022.
