Michal Varchola

Michal Varchola has worked for four companies since 2010. Michal began their career as a Researcher & Developer at Technical University of Kosice in 2010, and then became the CEO, R&D at ELIT SYSTEMS, s.r.o. in the same year. In 2013, they took on the role of Security Engineer and Project Manager at Micronic a.s. and in 2015 they became the CTO at Crayonic.

Michal Varchola's education history includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical University of Kosice from 2002 to 2007, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cryptography from Technical University of Kosice from 2007 to 2010, and a one-year stint at Ruhr University Bochum from 2010 to 2011. Michal also spent a year at George Mason University in 2009 and a year at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne in 2008.
