Raf Mertens

Raf Mertens is a software engineer who has experience working in various roles. In 2010, they interned at Venmo.com. In 2014, they founded CrazyGames and served as the CEO. Under their leadership, CrazyGames became a successful browser games platform with millions of monthly gameplays. In 2015, Raf worked as a software engineer at Thought Machine. Raf contributed to the development of software products before leaving in 2016.

Raf Mertens completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their education at KU Leuven in 2010 and 2011 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Later, in 2014 and 2015, Raf attended the University of Cambridge and earned a Master of Advanced Study in Statistics and Applied Mathematics as part of the Mathematical Tripos program.
