Ralph Grant

Ralph Grant has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ralph started their career as a CAD Designer at Burns & McDonnell in 1986. Ralph then worked as a Sales Associate at Tandy Corporation, specializing in computer sales. In 1988, they joined Ramsey Shilling as a Project Manager and Environmental Technician, handling asbestos remediation and other environmental projects. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri - Rolla, where they developed analytical methods and conducted data analysis. Ralph then joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a Project Manager from 1993 to 2000, and later, as a Senior Director of Engineering from 2007 to 2018. In between, from 2000 to 2004, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Ecolab. From 2004 to 2008, they established their own company, Grant Process Solutions, where they served as a Principal Engineering Consultant. Currently, Ralph holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development - Associate at CRB since 2018.

Ralph Grant obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1988 to 1991. Ralph then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
