Kevin Chang

Kevin Chang is currently the Finance Director at CRC Companies. Prior to joining CRC Companies, Kevin served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Clark Realty Capital from September 2013 to July 2015. In this role, Kevin was responsible for creating and maintaining new investor reporting, identifying and investing cash in financial assets, and balancing risk and return with liquidity needs. Kevin also proposed and implemented investment strategies for $55MM in assets, including high yield bonds and short-term mutual funds. In addition, Kevin led the company 401(k) transition from Mercer to Vanguard for 350 employees into a safe harbor plan.

Prior to their role at Clark Realty Capital, Kevin served as a Pricing Analyst at Fannie Mae from August 2010 to September 2013. In this role, Kevin was responsible for analyzing pricing data and developing pricing models.

Kevin began their career as a Financial Analyst at the University of Virginia from July 2009 to April 2010. In this role, Kevin was responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the university’s budget office.

Kevin Chang has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a B.A. in Commerce from the University of Virginia with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, and is certified as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
