Colin Gurney

Colin Gurney is an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager at CRC Industries since November 2013, where responsibilities include maintenance planning, machinery procurement and installation, waste recycling management, and safety oversight. Prior to this role, Colin served as a Project Engineer at Precision Mechatronics from September 2003 to November 2013, managing machine assembly, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Colin also has a background in toolmaking and mechanical technician roles at various companies, including Silverbrook Research and Bishop Machine Tools, where skills in high-tolerance manufacturing, CNC machining, and team supervision were developed. Colin's educational qualifications include a Toolmaking trade degree from Ultimo Tafe and a School Certificate from St Clair High School.
