Ed Holroyd Pearce

Ed Holroyd Pearce is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Virtual Internships, where innovative partnerships with over 200 universities across the UK, USA, and Australia were established before the COVID pandemic heightened demand for remote internship solutions. With extensive experience in the international internship sector, Ed also co-founded CRCC Asia, facilitating internship programs throughout Asia for over 10,000 participants. Ed's background includes an advisory role at The Dragon Trip, board membership at the China-Britain Business Council, and earlier experience as an analyst in asset management and a key contact for China Eastern Airlines. Ed holds an MA in East Asian Studies from the University of Cambridge, an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, and an MSc in International Management from SOAS University of London, complemented by language studies in Mandarin at prestigious institutions.
