Boma Raballa

Boma Raballa has extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily in leadership roles. From 2019 to present, Boma has worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at CRDB Bank Plc, where they are responsible for implementing commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic plans. Prior to this role, Boma worked at NMB Bank Plc from 2009 to 2019, holding various positions including Head of Card Business, Interim Head of Personal Banking, Senior Manager of Retail Liabilities, Insurance Services & VAS, Product Manager of Retail Liabilities, and Graduate Management Trainee. In these roles, Boma achieved outstanding results, consistently exceeding targets, driving growth, and implementing effective change management strategies.

Boma Raballa pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, from the year 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Raballa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Kampala International University, spanning from 2006 to 2008.
