Bruce Mwile Mwasenga

Bruce Mwile Mwasenga has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Bruce is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at CRDB Bank Plc since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director and General Manager at CRDB Bank Burundi S.A from July 2012 to November 2020. Bruce also has a long tenure at CRDB Bank Plc, where they held positions such as Manager Corporate Banking, Senior Relationship Manager, and Relationship Manager from 2001 to 2012. Bruce started their career as an Assistant Supervisor at Citibank Tanzania Limited from November 1998 to February 2001.

Bruce Mwile Mwasenga completed their education at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). From 1995 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Finance at UDSM. After completing their bachelor's degree, they furthered their studies at UDSM and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Bruce Mwile Mwasenga obtained a certification from the Institute of Director UK in August 2014.
