Joel Msella

Joel Msella has extensive experience in risk management within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager ICT Risk at CRDB Bank Plc since November 2011, Joel has held various leadership roles including Manager Operational Risk and Principal Risk Analyst I: ICT & Operations. Prior to CRDB Bank, Joel worked as Manager of IT Security at NBC Limited and as Senior Officer of Technology Risk at NMB PLC. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical from the University of Dar es Salaam, earned between 1996 and 2000.
