Joseline Jonathan Kamuhanda has a diverse background in communications and marketing, having held various roles at different companies. Joseline began their career as a Brand Manager at Vodacom Tanzania Plc in 2010 and later became the Head of Brand and Advertising. Joseline then transitioned to the role of Head of Corporate Communications & PR, where they developed and implemented external engagement and communication plans. In 2014, they joined NMB Bank Plc as the Senior Manager of Public Relations and Corporate Affairs, responsible for overseeing external and internal communications and increasing the bank's visibility. Joseline later became the Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs, serving as a strategic counselor to business leaders and managing the company's communication strategy. In 2019, they joined CRDB Bank Plc as the Head of Marketing, before becoming a member of the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN) Tanzania National Chapter and The Africa List in 2020.

Joseline Jonathan Kamuhanda completed their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2008 at Heriot-Watt University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in MA (Hons) Management with Marketing. Their field of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Joseline continued their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Joseline Jonathan Kamuhanda has also obtained various certifications. Joseline completed programs in Creative Writing, Digital Marketing, Internal Communications, Leadership, Negotiation Perspectives, Vodacom Leadership Academy, Women's Market, and Youth Banking. These certifications were obtained from reputable institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Euromoney Learning, Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), University of East London and Tack International (Kenya), Global Banking Alliance for Women (London), and Women's World Banking.
