Musa Kisika

Musa Kisika is currently working as a Manager of ATM/POS Maintenance at CRDB Bank Plc. Previously, Musa worked as a Senior System Analyst at NMB PLC. Musa's responsibilities include managing ICT equipment such as ATMs and POS systems, installing new ATM software, working with third-party vendors, configuring ATM/POS terminals, setting up ATM network devices, evaluating contracts and vendors, and reviewing vendor job cards to ensure work is done correctly. Prior to these roles, Musa also worked in customer support and as a field supervisor in the field of electronics and telecommunications. Musa holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Full Technician Certificate in Electronics and Telecommunications from Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology.
