Todd Spires began their work experience in 1995 as a Senior Program Manager at Lockheed Martin. Todd was responsible for a $40 million task order business and oversaw support programs in Europe and Southwest Asia. Todd also developed and implemented growth strategies, integrated newly acquired businesses, and improved customer relations and business processes.
In 2006, Todd Spires became the Senior Program Manager of Readiness and Stability Operations at Lockheed Martin, where they were responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Todd also served as the Program Operations Transition Lead for the acquisitions of PAE Inc. and Eagle Group International, integrating $775 million worth of programs into Lockheed Martin systems and program management processes.
From 2009 to 2014, Todd Spires served as the Director of Counternarcotics and Global Threat Programs at Lockheed Martin. In this role, they managed a $275 million/year Global Threat Solutions mission area and directed business development and program execution activities for over $1.5 billion of task order business.
In 2015, Todd Spires joined Pluribus International as the Director of Business Development. Todd developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan, managed and grew the new business pipeline, and expanded relationships with commercial and government customers. Todd also developed corporate strategy and roadmap for converting legacy small business revenue streams to large business and full-and-open.
From 2017 to 2020, Todd Spires worked at PAE as the Director of IDIQ Capture Management, where they were responsible for capturing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts.
Finally, in 2020, Todd Spires joined CRDF Global as the Director of the Cyber and Digital Resilience Program. Todd manages the Border Security, Cybersecurity, and Export Control portfolio and coordinates a diverse international team of project leads in Jordan, Ukraine, and the U.S.
Todd Spires has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Otterbein University. Todd then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in National Security Policy Studies from Georgetown University.
