Paul Fiorilla serves as the Director of Research at Yardi Matrix, where oversight of multifamily, self-storage, and office property data is conducted across over 175 markets nationwide. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Editor in Chief of CRE Finance World, a publication of the CRE Finance Council, focusing on the real estate capital markets industry. Previous roles include Proprietor of PF Research, Vice President of Research at Prudential Real Estate Investors, Managing Editor at Commercial Mortgage Alert, and Journalist at The News Tribune. Paul holds a BA from Messiah University and has extensive experience in commercial real estate research, financial journalism, and producing strategic publications.
