Andrew Lofredo has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, where they have held various leadership roles. Andrew is currently the CEO of CRE Vertical Advisors, providing real estate management and advisory services. Andrew is also the Managing Principal of CRE Vertical Partners. Previously, they served as the CEO & General Counsel of MCP REAL ESTATE & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Real Estate Industry Lead at Blackboard Insurance and Head of Asset Management & Operations at Fortis Property Group. Andrew also held positions at Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, Capuano & Lofredo LLP, CB Richard Ellis, and Cappelli Enterprises.
Andrew Lofredo has a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Hunter College.
