Bob Stebbings

As Sr. Director of Services, Bob Stebbings is responsible for the success of the implementation Projects. Stebbings will lead the Project Management Office to ensure that the implementation engagements are scoped, planned and executed efficiently and effectively. Bob has almost 40 years of management and consulting experience including Professional Service and Manufacturing Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Management, Customer Account Management, Software Development, Product Management, Financial, Supply Chain, Quality, Web Development, Content Management, Product Life Cycle, and Human Resources Information Systems. Bob’s ERP experience includes client side ERP implementation projects as an internal Executive Sponsor, Project Manager and/or SME as well as 12 years of business improvement and ERP implementation consulting.
