Robert Aronson has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Robert served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Cre8tive Technology and Design, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the company as one of EPICOR's ELITE Partners and Top Revenue Producer. Robert also held the position of Executive Vice President and was responsible for executive leadership, account management, sales operations, and presales.

Prior to that, Aronson was the SVP Sales - Americas at Epicor Software, where they worked from 2013 to 2017. Robert played a key role in driving sales and revenue growth in the Americas region.

From 2008 to 2013, Aronson worked at Microsoft as the Director of Industry Sales. Robert was responsible for directing sales organizations and channel partners, developing go-to-market programs, and establishing industry solutions and best practices for new customer sales. Robert also held the position of Manufacturing Industry Executive during their time at Microsoft.

Before their tenure at Microsoft, Aronson served as the Director at Tribridge, a national Microsoft application software and security company. Robert founded CXO Technology, a local Microsoft reseller, and Tribridge acquired it in 2005.

In 2002, Aronson worked as the VP Sales at Intelladon, a private company in the eLearning market. Robert was accountable for software revenue, professional services revenue, and customer retention. Robert successfully implemented and managed a domestic sales team and developed a product roadmap and marketing campaign.

From 1996 to 2002, Aronson served as the VP Sales at ePartners, a national e-business application software and network technology company. Robert was responsible for software revenue, professional services revenue, and customer retention with a $35M annual quota.

Aronson started their career in 1992 at RVSI, a manufacturer of machine vision and automation solutions, where they held the position of Director World Wide Sales. Robert was accountable for worldwide revenue and profitability and directed a strategy to support the life sciences packaging markets.

Before entering the private sector, Aronson served as a Capitan in the US Air Force from 1983 to 1986.

Robert Aronson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Norwich University. Robert attended Norwich University from 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in General Business from the Florida Institute of Technology. Robert studied there from 1984 to 1986.
