Enes Paker has a diverse work experience in various industries. Enes is the Founder of Crea Inc, a company that specializes in product/software development services. Enes is also the Co-Founder and CTO of Lemin, a cybersecurity solution provider. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Metrikal, a KPI reporting dashboard for App Store Optimization. Enes serves as an Advisor at Smoothie and was previously the CTO at Retainable, a platform that utilizes machine learning for human resource management. Enes was also the Founding Software Engineering Lead at temizlikyolda.com, an online marketplace for cleaning services. Enes is the Founder of Tugra IT, where they provided tailor-made software solutions for clients. Enes also worked as a CRM Lecturer at ISO Institute, where they taught courses on e-commerce, international trading, and CRM applications.

Enes Parker holds a Graduate Certificate in Project and Program Management from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension, which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Earlier, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, Enes attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Software Engineering, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
