Mickael H.

Mickael H. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at CREA since September 2021, Mickael previously held several key positions at Lazada Group from August 2013 to August 2021, including Senior Vice President and Vice President for various enterprise technology roles, where responsibilities encompassed developing internal applications, managing capacity, and leading teams to enhance platform performance. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Project Manager at Smile and Team Leader/Software Architect at Bysoft China, along with a foundation as a Developer at Crystal Asia. Mickael holds two Master's degrees in Computer Science from Supinfo, achieved between 2004 and 2007.
