Izabela Hernik has varied work experience in the fields of digital marketing and acquisition. Izabela started their career as an Assistant in the Audience and Promotion Department at The Opera in Wroclaw in 2007. Izabela then worked at ao.com from 2010 to 2014, starting as a Marketing Specialist and later becoming a Channel Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Acquisition Manager at AO Deutschland Ltd. In 2017, they joined Tylko as a Performance Marketing Manager. Currently, Izabela is the Team Lead Digital Marketing at Crealytics since October 2018.
Izabela Hernik completed their MSc in International Economic Relations from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2010. Izabela also pursued a HND in Business and Finance from The Manchester College from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are a student at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
