Grzegorz Mroczek

Grzegorz Mroczek has extensive experience in asset management and commercial real estate, currently serving as Vice President at CREAM since March 2013, where Mroczek oversees strategic advisory projects and asset management for portfolios. Previously, Mroczek worked as Leasing/Commercial Director at Caelum Development from September 2005 to February 2013, coordinating leasing teams and contributing to significant value increases for projects along with supervising the implementation of various development projects. Mroczek also held the position of Leasing Manager at Echo Investment S.A. from January 1999 to August 2005, focusing on leasing for numerous retail and mixed-use projects. Mroczek holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Krakow University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from Kielce University of Technology, complemented by education from the ICAN Institute.
