Artjoms Jefimovs has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Artjoms started their career at AS Swedbank in 2007, where they worked as a Telefonbank service operator for three years. Artjoms then transitioned to the role of Analyst- statistician, where they analyzed customer data and gained valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. After leaving AS Swedbank in 2012, they joined Drogas as an Analyst, where they worked until 2014.

In 2015, Artjoms joined Creamfinance and took on the role of Head of Scoring analytics. During this time, they were responsible for analyzing data and developing scoring models. In 2017, they were promoted to Group Head of Underwriting, where they oversaw the underwriting process for the company. Recently, in 2021, they were promoted to Chief Risk Officer, where they are responsible for managing the company's credit risk policy and ensuring the profitability of the loan portfolio.
