Omar Ilyas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Omar started their career in 2009 at Hamleys of London, where they worked in customer service and training roles. Omar later became a Training and Development Officer. In 2013, they joined Hobbs Ltd, where they focused on customer service training. Omar returned to Hamleys in 2015, initially as a VIP Services provider and then as an Experience and Events Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Franchise Trading Manager, overseeing strategic partnerships and alliances on a global scale. Omar also handled international project management and market entry strategy. Their most recent position is with Creams Cafe, where they currently serve as the Strategic Partnerships Manager, responsible for managing their international expansion and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the brand.

Omar Ilyas completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1997 to 2004, they attended Graveney ICT College, where they obtained their GCSE degree in A levels. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Statistics at Middlesex University. In 2007, they also studied at Charles University and earned a BSc degree in Economics.
