Remi Chappell (BA Hons) is an experienced professional specializing in neurodiversity, coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Neurodiversity Consultant at Creased Puddle since January 2021, Remi has previously held significant roles including Leadership and Management Coach at ACORN TRAINING LTD, Acting Head of Employability and Neurodiversity Coach at Genius Within CIC, and Progression Worker at the National Careers Service. With a robust background in coaching, talent management, and change management, Remi has accumulated over 4,000 hours of coaching experience and has successfully managed recovery plans for at-risk projects, implemented cost-saving measures, and supported diverse clients in navigating career challenges. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Staffordshire University and certifications in NLP and Careers Guidance.

Using a blended medical and social model we educate individuals, organisations, the criminal justice sector and society to understand this by having the neurodivergent community at the heart of our offering. We 'educate with kindness', removing 'fear of getting it wrong' from the narrative. We create safe spaces to collaborate and share good practice, whilst trusting in our message.
