Kassi Tompkins

Kassi Tompkins is a seasoned professional in production and brand experience, currently serving as the Director of Production at Create & Cultivate since June 2025, and as the Creative Director and Executive Producer at Tompkins Collective since January 2021. Kassi has a diverse background, previously holding the position of Director of Programming & Partnerships at The Old Globe from March 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included strategic partnerships and managing production-related experiences. Additional experience encompasses roles as National Director of Brand Experience at The Supper Club Inc. and Lead Producer & Art Director at Bright Night Design, among others. Kassi is also an Advisory Council Member for Laughing Pony Rescue Inc., contributing to animal welfare initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University, complemented by a minor in both Film/Cinema/Video Studies and Literature.
