Jeremie Pierre Gay began their professional career in 2000 as a Stock Manager Assistant at FM Logistic. In 2001, they worked as a Financial Manager Assistant at Intermaché Crepy en Valois, where they studied the way the items profitability is used to organize the store department. The following year, they worked as a Communication Assistant for African'Artz and as a Computer Network Assistant for Compass Group SA, where they carried out an invitation to tender for a high speed computer network between the different sites of the firm through France. In 2003, Gay worked as a Computer Programmer for Copampa and as a Sales Manager Assistant for Orascom Telecom (Libertis Telecom), where they supervised and actively participated to the survey, sale and follow-up of the cellular phone cards distribution. In 2005, they became a Project Leader Engineering for Motorola Mobile Devices, where they developed services and applications for AJAR mobile phone operating system. Finally, in 2009, Gay founded Create it REAL and served as its CEO, driving the company forward with passion and professionalism.

Jeremie Pierre Gay attended Aalborg University from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained an IMM (Intelligent MultiMedia) master program. Jeremie Pierre's field of study included Speech recognition, User Interface Usability, computer programming, and Web services. From 2000 to 2005, they attended Télécom Lille, where they obtained an Engineering master’s degree. Jeremie Pierre's field of study included Telecommunication, Computer networks, Computer sciences, and Electronics.
