Aisha Bean

Aisha Bean is currently the VP of People & Culture at Create Music Group, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering inclusive work environments. Previously, Aisha held various HR roles, including Chief Diversity Officer at Cashmere Agency and Sr. HR Manager at GoDaddy, where they focused on employee experience and talent acquisition. Aisha began their career as an HR Analyst at HACLA and also worked for Delta Air Lines in International Special Member Services. Currently, Aisha is pursuing an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts at West Los Angeles College.
