Carl LeGrett began their work experience in 2017 as a Social Media and Entertainment Intern at iHeartRadio. Carl then worked as a Creator at Rapid Hip Hop from June 2017 to April 2018. In 2017, they also served as a Junior Class Senator at the Student Government Association at the University of Dayton. In 2018, Carl worked as a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz and as a Digital Marketing & Production Intern at Flighthouse, where they focused on brand strategy and production. Since 2018, Carl has been employed at Create Music Group, starting as a Digital Marketing Intern and then moving up to the role of A&R, Production Licensing Specialist. Carl eventually became the Director of A&R, Publishing before assuming their current position as the Sr. Director of A&R, Publishing.
Carl LeGrett attended the University of Dayton from 2015 to 2019, where they studied International Business. Prior to that, they attended McQuaid Jesuit from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Carl received an Asset Monetization certification from YouTube in August 2019, as well as a Video for Brand certification from YouTube in the same month. In January 2019, they earned an Instagram Certification from Facebook. In April 2018, Carl obtained a Collaborative Computing Scholar certification, although the institution that granted the certification is unknown.
