Lauren Mechling

Lauren Mechling is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as Manager of Sync Licensing at Create Music Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Sony Music Entertainment from March 2019 to June 2023, progressing from Sync Licensing Assistant to Sync Licensing Coordinator, specializing in negotiating clearance terms and managing audio and video assets. Experience also includes a position as Media Manager and Talent Booker at Street Food Cinema from June 2017 to March 2019, where Lauren managed digital content and reach for a substantial audience. Earlier roles include internships at JAM IN THE VAN, LLC, and Route 2 Recording, alongside assistant duties at KUCI-FM, demonstrating a diverse skill set in media management and artist relations.
