Alex De Young serves as President of createdbyRED, a full-service digital consulting agency where significant revenue growth has been achieved. In addition to leading strategic, operational, and financial processes, Alex has held various roles, including Project Lead, Web Developer & Designer, and Operations Lead at AKKO, focusing on digital transformations and project management. As Fractional COO at Mannings Surgical Supplies & Confucius Pharmacy, Alex drives innovation through technology initiatives. Previous experience includes Director of Operations at Back Nine Surf Factory and Sales & Operations Manager at Humble Hand Craft, along with founding Due West Surf Company. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate of Science from Ventura College.
