Karrell Simms

Karrell Simms is a dedicated Senior People Partner at CreateFuture, where they focus on enhancing organizational well-being. They possess a strong academic background, having earned an MSc in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School with distinction, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Aberdeen. Previously, Karrell served in various roles, including HR Assistant and People Partner at xDesign and SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited, as well as a Wellbeing and Disability Advisor at the University of Strathclyde. Prior to these positions, Karrell worked as a Development Employability Tutor specializing in mental health and acquired brain injury at Rehab Group. Currently, they are also active as a Vocational Tutor.
