Antonio Neto

Antonio Neto is the current General Partner at Creatella. Antonio was previously the Head of Product at Passfolio from August 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of software engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to build a digital bank, cross-border payment, and investment platform.

Prior to their work at Passfolio, Antonio worked as a technology consultant, responsible for making decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs and to ensure alignment with its business goals.

In their current role at Creatella, Antonio is responsible for all aspects of technology operations, including Infrastructure/Architecture, Project Management, Software Selection & Implementation, Application Development, Information Security, IT Governance & Operations across the organization. Antonio also establishes and maintains the appropriate planning, process, and oversight to ensure organizational and client KPIs/implementation deadlines are met or exceeded.

Antonio has a wealth of experience in product management and defines product strategy, setting goals and metrics, monitoring the progress. Antonio is also responsible for business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts. In addition, they assist the team where they run into challenges.

Antonio Neto works with Guy Brockless - CMO, Neha Tanna - Venture Partner, and Khaldoun Shehadeh - General Partner. Their manager is Guillaume Catella, Founder, CEO.
