Chandika Jayasundara is a co-founder and CEO of Creately, a software company specializing in diagramming and visual collaboration. Chandika started the company in 2007 and has successfully grown it to become a market leader serving millions of users globally.

Prior to Creately, Chandika worked as a software consultant, research assistant, and senior tutor at the University of Melbourne from 2006 to 2007. Chandika was involved in various research-based software projects and led research in the area of collaborative learning systems.

Before their time at the University of Melbourne, Chandika worked as a senior software engineer at Virtusa from 2003 to 2005. Chandika also co-founded Xeont Technologies in 2000, where they served as a co-founder until 2002.

Chandika Jayasundara holds a Masters degree in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne (2005-2007). Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing (2002-2004). Chandika completed their undergraduate studies at the University of London, earning a Bsc. (Hons) degree in Computing and Information Systems (2000-2003). In their earlier years, Chandika attended D S Senanayake College (1987-2000), although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
