Juan Diaz

Juan Diaz is an experienced Global Human Resources professional with a solid track record in various HR roles spanning several companies. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at YR since September 2022, Juan has successfully led global HR initiatives and managed complex projects. Prior to this position, Juan worked at Atlas as a Regional Human Resources Generalist, coordinating HR initiatives across North America and Latin America. Juan's experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Zimmer Biomet, where Juan developed HR policies and resolved employee conflicts, and as a Human Resources Lifecycle Administrator at Scotiabank, overseeing the employment lifecycle of over 100,000 employees globally.
